互联网背景下电商产品质量监管法律机制探析

【摘要】：伴随电子商务的迅猛发展,电商产品质量问题日益凸显。导致这一问题产生的主要原因在于:电商产品质量监管法制建设滞后、产品质量监管体系存在缺陷、电商信用体系不完善等。应通过完善电商产品质量监管法律体系,建立统一协调、分类监管的产品监管机制,建立电商产品质量监管平台、实现信息共享等措施,促进我国电子商务持续健康发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electronic commerce, the quality problems of e-commerce products become increasingly prominent. The main causes of this problem are: the legal construction of quality supervision of e-commerce products lags behind, and the system of product quality supervision has defects. Such measures as perfecting the legal system of quality supervision of e-commerce products, establishing a unified and coordinated product supervision mechanism, establishing a platform for quality supervision of e-commerce products, and realizing the sharing of information should be taken to improve the credit system of e-commerce products. To promote the sustainable and healthy development of electronic commerce in China.
