建设工程质量政府监督模式优化思考——从具体项目监督向区域执法监管转型

【摘要】：梳理中央及主管部门有关文件,回顾工程质量监督模式的演变,分析现行监督模式中"与项目联系过于紧密"这一特征,阐述监督模式转型发展的思路和具体举措,最后提出优化现有监督模式的建议。
[Abstract]:Combing the relevant documents of the central authorities and the competent departments, reviewing the evolution of the project quality supervision mode, analyzing the characteristics of "too close to the project" in the current supervision mode, expounding the train of thought and concrete measures for the transformation and development of the supervision mode.Finally, the suggestions of optimizing the existing supervision mode are put forward.
