我国建构食品安全事故补偿基金的若干问题探析

【摘要】：食品安全事故补偿基金是一种公益性基金,当食品安全事故中的受害人,无法通过其他途径获得赔偿时,基金将对其提供及时、有效的救济。文章首先介绍了食品安全事故补偿基金的特征和价值功能。其次,对补偿基金的两种模式进行比较分析。最后,对我国补偿基金的资金来源、管理机构以及法律运行问题进行了深入的研究。
[Abstract]:Food safety accident compensation fund is a kind of public welfare fund. When the victim of food safety accident can not get compensation through other ways, the fund will provide timely and effective relief to the victim. This paper first introduces the characteristics and value function of food safety accident compensation fund. Secondly, the two models of compensation fund are compared and analyzed. At last, the author makes a deep research on the fund source, management organization and legal operation of the compensation fund in our country.
