论我国公租房引入REITs融资模式的法律障碍与突破

【摘要】：当前住房价格过高,令许多中低收入群体只能"望房兴叹",公租房的出现缓解了当前住房困难问题,加之我国在政策上大力支持REITs融资模式的发展,使得公租房REITs融资模式具有较大可行性。但是,公租房引入REITs融资模式存在着一些法律障碍,相关法律制度亟需完善。
[Abstract]:At present, housing prices are so high that many low-income groups can only "look forward to housing and lament". The emergence of public rental housing has alleviated the current housing difficulties, and our country has vigorously supported the development of the REITs financing model in terms of policies. Make public rental REITs financing model has greater feasibility. However, there are some legal obstacles to the introduction of REITs in public rental housing, and the relevant legal system needs to be improved.
