我国竞争立法的缺陷及其完善

【摘要】：竞争能够为消费者提供价格更低、质量更佳的产品,同时够实现资源的优化配置这是现代经济学已经证明的,并且可以通过激励提高企业的效率。同时竞争立法的直接标准就是保护竞争自由,维护市场经济机制的有效运作。所以说维护竞争是实现经济和有效促进经济发展率的最基本的机制。这篇文章是通过对改革开放以来,在我国由计划经济体制从而到社会主义市场经济体制改变的过程中,社会主义市场经济的竞争立法从无到有而且是不断发展完善的研究。
[Abstract]:Competition can provide consumers with products of lower price and better quality, while achieving optimal allocation of resources, which has been proved by modern economics and can improve the efficiency of enterprises through incentives. At the same time, the direct standard of competition legislation is to protect the freedom of competition and maintain the effective operation of market economy mechanism. Therefore, maintaining competition is the most basic mechanism to realize economy and promote economic development rate. This article is through the reform and opening up, in our country from the planned economic system to the socialist market economy system changes in the process, the socialist market economy competition legislation from scratch and is constantly developing perfect research.
