我国家族信托发展困境

【摘要】：家族信托是我国信托业回归本源的重要举措,迎合了高净值人群对财富传承的需求,然而,尽管在我国对家族信托这一财富管理工具呼吁强烈,仍然存在着不可避免的问题,我国家族信托的发展有着无法忽视的困境,怎样走出困境是亟待解决的。
[Abstract]:Family trust is an important measure for the trust industry to return to its original source, which caters to the needs of high net worth people for wealth inheritance. However, despite the strong appeal for family trust as a wealth management tool in China, there are still some unavoidable problems. The development of family trust in China can not be ignored, how to get out of the dilemma is urgent to be solved.
