论民航旅客权利受侵害类型及维权建议

【摘要】：航空旅客航空旅行中发生纠纷及其应对,历来为广大学者和实务工作者所研究和探讨,但笔者研究发现,这些研究要么只是其中某一方面热点问题的探讨比如航班延误,要么是站在航空公司的立场来进行研究如何防范旅客不理性维权等风险,对于广大旅客在航空旅行中维权不具有很强的指导意义,鉴于此,本文详细论述民航旅客权利受侵害的类型,并给出具体的维权建议。
[Abstract]:Disputes and their countermeasures in air passenger air travel have always been studied and discussed by scholars and practitioners. However, the author found that these studies are either just some hot issues, such as flight delay. Either it is from the standpoint of the airline to study how to prevent the risk of passengers' irrational rights, which is not of great guiding significance to the vast number of passengers in safeguarding their rights in air travel. In view of this, This paper discusses in detail the types of civil aviation passengers' rights infringed, and gives specific suggestions for protecting their rights.
