国际海事司法中心背景下的上海版“劳氏法律报告”研究

【摘要】：建设上海国际航运中心和国际海事司法中心已经成为国家大计。在此背景下,我国应以英国《劳氏法律报告》为蓝本,结合目前大力推广的案例指导制度,并且依托上海在航运市场中得天独厚的优势,分析打造上海版"劳式报告"的必要性、可行性,进而提供具体措施。
[Abstract]:The construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center and International Maritime Justice Center has become a national plan. In this context, China should take the Lloyd's legal report of the United Kingdom as the blueprint, combine with the current case guidance system, and rely on the unique advantages of Shanghai in the shipping market. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building the Shanghai version of the Labor report, and then provides specific measures.
