【摘要】:正将于今年9月实施的新《广告法》充实和细化了广告内容准则,明确了虚假广告的定义与典型形态,明确了广告行为责任,这些都有利于《广告法》的实施与监督。从报业经营的角度看,新《广告法》实施后,报业广告会有一定的阵痛,但影响不会大。
