【摘要】：正公诉人作为控诉方,在法庭上承担着指控、证明、说服三大责任,而这些任务能否顺利完成,对公诉人的举证、质证能力有着极高的要求。在疑难复杂案件中,公诉人能否通过证据的组合梳理直观反映证据之间、证据与事实之间的关联性,在举证时能否将原本散乱的证据有条理地向法庭展示,在质证过程中能否对证据的辩驳质疑、引导询问向有利于指控犯罪的方向发展,不仅考量着公诉人的工作能力和理论水平,而且还影响着指控犯罪的力度和
