【摘要】：在各种社会纠纷中,当事人选择和解、调解等非诉讼方式解决,有助于实现社会良序发展和纠纷解决机制的系统化和有机融合。非诉讼作为诉讼的有益补充,可以公平高效地解决特定纠纷。
[Abstract]:Among all kinds of social disputes, it is helpful to realize the systematization and organic integration of social order development and dispute resolution mechanism by non-litigation methods such as conciliation and mediation. You can resolve certain disputes fairly and efficiently.
