饲料管理案件行政诉讼探讨

【摘要】：自《饲料和饲料添加剂管理条例》颁布之后,我国的饲料管理工作逐渐法制化。当前各级饲料管理部门对饲料工业的执法力度逐渐增强,对饲料产品的抽查以质量案件的查处力度都增强,然而一些饲料管理部门在实际工作中仍然要面临着案件来源、查处程序、对违法所得的理解与计算等问题,所施行的不恰当行为对国家饲料管理部门的形象造成了严重损害,为此探讨饲料管理案件行政诉讼势在必行。
[Abstract]:Since the promulgation of the regulations on the Administration of Feed and Feed Additives, feed management in China has gradually been legalized. At present, feed management departments at all levels have gradually strengthened their enforcement of the law on the feed industry, and random checks on feed products have been strengthened to investigate and deal with quality cases. However, some feed management departments still have to face the sources of cases in their actual work. The investigation and punishment procedure, the understanding and calculation of the illegal income, and the improper behavior have caused serious damage to the image of the national feed management department. Therefore, it is imperative to discuss the administrative lawsuit of the feed management case.
