[Abstract]:This year's National two sessions, "Inner Mongolia Peasant Wang Lijun without license to buy corn case" was written into the Supreme people's Court work report. The case was first sparked by media reports, which led to the attention of the higher judicial authorities and the final revision of the trial. Such events have not been uncommon in recent years. After many cases become hot spot of public opinion, not only the cases themselves are dealt with fairly, but also the legislation and judicature are affected. For example, the Sun Zhigang case directly contributed to the reception.
