【摘要】：正本刊讯(杨赞)为进一步促进检察理论研究,推动检察实践探索,鼓励作者为本刊撰稿,本刊特组织评委会,依据文章学术权威性、选题新颖性、实践指导性等标准,对2016年度《人民检察》刊登的630余篇文章进行评审,共评出一等奖2篇、二等奖4篇、三等奖6篇及优秀奖12篇。获奖名单如下:一等奖(2篇)民事责任、行政责任与刑事责任适用之司法困惑与解决黎宏诉讼监督事项案件化的思考
