【摘要】：此次人民检察院刑事诉讼规则的修改涉及公诉工作的重点问题包括:受理移送审查起诉案件后的审查、介入侦查、引导取证、录音录像的移送、审查、播放、自侦案件的自行补充侦查、起诉时材料的移送、法定不起诉、存疑不起诉、被不起诉人不服不起诉决定提出申诉、不起诉后对犯罪嫌疑人的违法所得及其他涉案财产的处理、庭前会议、开庭前取回案卷材料和证据问题、法庭审理中对证据合法性的证明、撤回起诉、简易程序、量刑建议、检察机关办理二审案件时的阅卷问题、检察机关办理二审案件讯问被告人、补充证据等工作。
[Abstract]:The revision of the criminal procedure rules of the people's procuratorate involves key issues in the work of public prosecution, including: accepting the examination after the case is transferred for examination and prosecution, intervening in investigation, guiding the collection of evidence, transferring, examining, and broadcasting audio and video recordings.
