司法改革的国际意识与全球视野

【摘要】：当前,我国在司法领域上的国际话语权和国际规则制定权,与我国在国际上的大国崛起的形象并不完全相称。我们需要参照国际司法标准,通过立法、司法部门进一步努力,对我国司法制度作进一步的改革,使我国的司法制度更加民主、文明、科学,从而更好地实现司法公正的目的。
[Abstract]:At present, China's international voice power and international rule-making power in the judicial field are not completely proportional to the image of the rise of China's great powers in the world. We need to refer to the international judicial standards, through legislation, the judiciary to make further efforts to make further reform of the judicial system of our country, so as to make the judicial system of our country more democratic, civilized and scientific, so as to better achieve the purpose of judicial justice.
