【摘要】："包容型"刑法文化是一种涵容善良仁爱的群体化刑法精神模式,也是一种特殊的教化公民、预防犯罪的过程。谦抑性、人道性、和合性是包容型刑法文化的基本内涵及特征。弘扬"包容型"刑法文化,有利于我国公民更深入认识刑法的精神实质,有利于我国社会稳定、民族兴旺与国家强盛,有利于社会主义法治国家目标的实现。
[Abstract]:The culture of "inclusive" criminal law is a kind of collective spirit model of criminal law, which contains kindness and benevolence, and is also a special process of educating citizens and preventing crime. Harmony is the basic connotation and characteristic of the inclusive criminal law culture. To carry forward the "inclusive" criminal law culture is conducive to our citizens' deeper understanding of the spiritual essence of criminal law and the stability of our society. National prosperity and national prosperity are conducive to the realization of the goal of a socialist country ruled by law.
