【摘要】：近年来,随着我国各地征地拆迁工作的不断开展,涉拆职务犯罪案件花样翻新,层出不穷,极大的损害了国家和人民的利益。为此,本文在综合分析北京市某区相关领域已发案件的基础上,试图找出涉拆领域职务犯罪的深层次原因并提出相应的预防建议,希望对预防该领域职务犯罪有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of land requisition and demolition work in various parts of our country, the crime cases involving the demolition of duty have been renovated one after another, resulting in great harm to the interests of the country and the people. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the cases in some related areas in Beijing, this paper tries to find out the deep-seated causes of job-related crimes in the field of demolition and puts forward corresponding preventive suggestions. It is hoped that it will be beneficial to the prevention of job-related crimes in this field.
