准妈妈遇“二胎补贴”骗局

【摘要】：正自称"民政局工作人员"打来电话,以发放"二胎补贴"为由,要求"准妈妈"按其要求操作,先汇款至"官方账户",方可静待款项到账。近日,准妈妈王女士遭遇"二胎补贴"骗局,被骗走2万余元。北京警方提示广大市民,政府部门发放补贴不会要求市民将自己银行卡内的资金汇入所谓的"官方账户"、"安全账户"内,凡是有此要求的全是电信诈骗。案件回放:先汇款再发补贴准妈妈被骗走2万多
