【摘要】：正为进一步加强行政执法部门与司法机关在打击拒不支付劳动报酬犯罪上的协调联动,规范案件查处工作的衔接程序,依法维护保障好劳动者的合法报酬权益,根据郑州市人力资源和社会保障局党委关于调查研究年的有关安排和部署,笔者就关于进一步规范涉嫌拖欠农民工工资犯罪的司法联动工作进行了专题调研,现将调研情况报告如下:一、郑州市农民工劳动用工和欠薪情况分析
