【摘要】：正《刑法修正案(九)》回应社会呼吁,强化了对妇女儿童等弱势群体的保护,具体表现在:对收买被拐卖的妇女儿童行为一律定罪处刑;扩大虐待罪的适用范围,以全面保护儿童权益;删除了嫖宿幼女罪,对嫖宿幼女行为一律适用刑法中关于奸淫幼女的规定。关于收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童罪的修改。刑法第二百四十一条第六款规定:"收买被拐卖的妇女、儿童,按照被买妇女的意愿,不阻碍其返回原居住地的,对被买儿童没有虐待行为,不阻碍对其进行解救的,可以不追究刑事责任。"对此,
