农村危房改造补助资金运作过程中职务犯罪情况分析

【摘要】：近年来,国家扶贫政策性资金对加快贫困地区发展、改善扶贫对象基本生产生活条件,发挥了积极作用。但从近年检察机关查办案件的情况来看,扶贫等保民生资金存在虚报冒领、挤占挪用、滞留沉淀和监管弱化等问题。本文主要对农村危房改造补助资金运作过程中职务犯罪情况进行分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, national poverty alleviation policy funds have played a positive role in accelerating the development of poverty-stricken areas and improving the basic production and living conditions of poverty alleviation targets. However, judging from the cases investigated and handled by procuratorial organs in recent years, there are some problems such as false reports, embezzlement, precipitation and weakening of supervision and so on. This article mainly analyzes the situation of duty crime in the operation of the subsidy fund for the reconstruction of dangerous houses in rural areas.
