【摘要】：正本刊讯2016年7月8日,国家卫生和计划生育委员会、中央综治办、公安部、司法部4个部门联合召开严厉打击涉医违法犯罪专项行动视频会议,部署落实9部门联合印发的《关于严厉打击涉医违法犯罪专项行动方案》,自2016年7月起开展为期1年的打击涉医违法犯罪专项行动,促进医疗秩序根本好转,保护医务人员和患者合法权益,助力深化医药卫生体制改革和健康中国、平安中国建设。国家卫生和计划生育委员
[Abstract]:On July 8, 2016, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the Central Office of Comprehensive Management, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Justice jointly convened a video conference on the special action to crack down on crimes related to medical treatment. To deploy and implement the "Special Action Plan on cracking down on crimes involving Medical treatment" jointly issued by the nine departments, and to launch a one-year special action to crack down on medicine-related crimes in July 2016 to promote a fundamental improvement in the medical order. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of medical personnel and patients, to help deepen the reform of the medical and health system and to build a healthy China.
