【摘要】：正2015年12月24日,上海市浦东新区人民法院依法对广东二十一世纪传媒股份有限公司及原总裁沈颢等敲诈勒索、强迫交易等系列案件作出一审宣判。法院以强迫交易罪对被告单位二十一世纪传媒公司判处罚金人民币948.5万元,追缴违法所得;对系列案件的其余被告单位分别处罚金人民币3万元至5443万元,追缴违法所得;以敲诈勒索罪、强迫交易罪等数罪并罚,判处沈颢有期
[Abstract]:On December 24, 2015, the Shanghai Pudong New District people's Court handed down a verdict of first instance on a series of cases, such as extortion, forced transactions, and other cases involving Guangdong 21 Century Media Co., Ltd., and former president Shen Hao, according to law. The court imposed a fine of 9.485 million yuan on the media company of the defendant's unit in the 21 century on the crime of forced transaction, and imposed a fine ranging from 30, 000 yuan to 54.43 million yuan on the other defendant units in a series of cases to recover the illegal proceeds. Shen Hao was sentenced to punishment for several crimes, such as extortion and forced transaction.
