论新时期中国民营企业的腐败治理

【摘要】：民营企业的腐败行为不仅损害所有人和投资人的利益,贻误企业发展,也破坏政治生态,助长社会腐败风气,影响国家治理的效果和反腐败进程。党的十八大以来,我国在对公共权力领域的腐败重拳出击的同时,也通过推进简政放权、加大对行贿犯罪的惩治、倡导建立亲清政商关系,努力遏制民营企业从事腐败活动的动因。当前我国民营企业的腐败治理在经济政策、法律保障、反腐格局等方面依然面临诸多制度性障碍,应当有针对性地予以化解和应对,为深化党风廉政建设和推动企业健康发展注入新的动力。
[Abstract]:The corrupt behavior of private enterprises not only damages the interests of all people and investors, but also damages the political ecology, fosters the social corruption and affects the effect of national governance and the anti-corruption process. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, while attacking corruption in the field of public power, our country has also advocated the establishment of pro-Qing government-to-business relations by promoting the decentralization of power, increasing the punishment of bribery crimes, and advocating the establishment of pro-Qing government-to-business relations. Efforts to curb private enterprises engaged in corruption motivation. At present, the corruption management of private enterprises in our country still faces many institutional obstacles in the aspects of economic policy, legal guarantee, anti-corruption pattern, etc., which should be resolved and dealt with in a targeted way. In order to deepen the party style and clean government construction and promote the healthy development of enterprises into a new power.
