网络造谣行为的司法认定

【摘要】：在全国公安机关集中打击利用网络造谣传、谣等有组织的违法犯罪的专项行动中，一举抓获一批网络造谣、传谣者，一时之间网络谣言泛滥的现象以及如何规制防范成为大家关注的焦点。长期在网上造谣传谣的秦志晖（网名“秦火火”）在该项行动中以涉嫌寻衅滋事罪被抓获，并在不久前依法公开宣判，，此消息引发了广泛的社会关注。网络世界属于虚拟世界，但并不表示可以游走于法律边缘之外，恶意的网络造谣、传谣势必要受到法律的制裁。
[Abstract]:In the national public security organs focused on cracking down on the use of Internet rumors, ballads, and other organized illegal and criminal activities, they arrested a number of Internet falsehoods and ruffers in one move. The phenomenon of the proliferation of network rumors and how to regulate and prevent become the focus of attention. Qin Zhihui ("Qin Huohuo"), who has long been spreading rumors online, was arrested in the operation on suspicion of provocative and troublesome crimes, and was publicly pronounced not long ago in accordance with the law, a news that has attracted wide public attention. The network world belongs to the virtual world, but does not mean that it can travel outside the edge of the law, malicious network lies, the spread of rumors is bound to be sanctioned by the law.
