【摘要】:正尽管目前的立法对百度推广行为的界定仍付之阙如,但在不少行政处罚决定中,却认定百度推广链接为广告魏则西走了,"百度推广"依然还在。"魏则西事件"延绵一月有余,舆论对百度"竞价排名"搜索模式潮涌般的讨伐达到峰值,官方却一直保持缄默,始终未出面对"百度推广"进行法律定性。
[Abstract]:Although the current legislation still lacks a definition of Baidu's promotional behavior, in many administrative penalty decisions, it has been decided that Baidu's promotion link is an advertisement by Wei Zexi, and that "Baidu's promotion" still exists. The "Wei Zexi incident" lasted more than January. Public opinion on Baidu "bid ranking" search mode like a wave of crusade peaked, but the official has been silent, has never been faced with "Baidu promotion" legal qualitative.
