【摘要】：团结进步的民族关系事关青藏地区的社会稳定与国家主权利益,故应以法治系统论的思维,构建集社会文化条件、法治保障以及民族经济发展权为一体的系统性机制。其以社会文化条件为基础,以法治为价值引领,以经济社会发展为民族和谐与互信的物质支撑,并以权利思维作为民族团结进步关系构建的未来价值。
[Abstract]:The national relations of unity and progress have a bearing on the social stability and the national sovereign interests of the Qinghai-Tibet region. Therefore, the social and cultural conditions should be set up in the light of the thinking of the system theory of the rule of law. It is based on social and cultural conditions, guided by the rule of law and guided by economic and social development as the material support of national harmony and mutual trust. And the right thinking as the future value of national unity and progress relationship.
