【摘要】：正《关于农村土地征收、集体经营性建设用地入市、宅基地制度改革试点工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》)出台,意味着我国农村土地制度改革进入全面试点阶段。在此关键节点上,正确理解和领会中央关于农村土地制度改革的顶层设计和意图,从法律层面上推进改革试点,至关重要。
[Abstract]:The opinions on rural land expropriation, collective management construction land entering the market, and the pilot work on the reform of the homestead system (hereinafter referred to as "opinions") have been issued. It means that the reform of rural land system in our country has entered a comprehensive pilot stage.
