掌上时代政府维护大学生权利问题的研究

【摘要】：掌上时代的到来,大大地改变了人们之间的相处方式和生活更重要的是改变了大家的习惯和对某些问题的观念包括对问题思考的固有模式,因此人们看到了一个前所未有的学习工作以及生活世界。随着依法工作的推进越来越深入,大学生作为肩负着振兴未来和完成中国梦的继承人,在法律权利上的维护方面受到各界关注。大学生的权利意识相当重要,他们是中国推进法律建设的重要组成部分,他们的权利意识强弱不仅关系到其自身利益,还影响着我们国家是否能有效推进法律建设和完成进度。因此笔者觉得有必要对掌上时代政府维护大学生权利问题的进行探究。本文从四个方面来探讨这个问题,本文分四个部分来阐释政府维护大学生权利的问题。第一章是绪论,主要介绍论文研究的背景、意义,国内外研究动态,论文写作基本思路,本文框架内容,论文的创新点;第二章主要介绍几个基本概念、掌上时代大学生权利意识的特征和掌上时代大学生权利意识的具体表现;第三章主要介绍了政府维护大学生权利中的问题,分析了政府的维权教育不完善,维护大学生权利机制不完善,行政法制环境有待改善和政府与学校关系问题。第四章笔者在研读大量文献的基础上,根据政府不断推进职能转变的改革现实,借鉴了国内外学者的理念,阐述了政府维护大学生权利的几个原则,同时也提出政府维护大学权利路径的选择。总而言之,大学生主体地位的形成与学校、政府主导型管理模式仍是未来大学生权利维护当中的主要矛盾,但其目的都是为了寻求一个相互包容的界面或边界。
[Abstract]:The advent of the handheld era has greatly changed the way people get along with each other and, more importantly, their habits and ideas about certain issues, including the inherent pattern of thinking about problems. As a result, people have seen an unprecedented world of study and life. With the advancement of work in accordance with the law, college students are the heirs who shoulder the responsibility of revitalizing the future and completing Chinese Dream. College students' awareness of rights is very important. They are an important part of China's legal construction. Their awareness of rights is not only related to their own interests. It also affects whether our country can effectively promote the construction of laws and the progress of completion. Therefore, the author feels that it is necessary to probe into the issue of safeguarding the rights of college students by the government in the palm of the hand. This paper discusses this issue from four aspects. This paper is divided into four parts to explain the government to protect the rights of college students. The first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research trends, the basic ideas of paper writing, the content of this paper, the innovation of the paper; The second chapter mainly introduces several basic concepts, the characteristics of college students' right consciousness in palmtop era and the concrete expression of college students' right consciousness in the palmtop era, the third chapter mainly introduces the problems in the government's protection of college students' rights. The author analyzes the government's imperfect education on safeguarding the rights of university students, the imperfect mechanism of safeguarding the rights of college students, the need to improve the administrative legal environment and the relationship between the government and the school. According to the reform reality of the government's continuous promotion of the transformation of its functions, and drawing on the ideas of scholars at home and abroad, this paper expounds several principles of the government's safeguarding the rights of university students, and at the same time puts forward the choice of the path of the government's safeguarding the rights of the university. The formation of college students' subjective status and the school and government-oriented management mode are still the main contradictions in the maintenance of university students' rights in the future, but their purpose is to seek a mutually inclusive interface or boundary.
