发达国家农村金融法制化的借鉴与启示

【摘要】：虽然农村金融法制化的建设具有政策性、合作性与保障性特点,但是美国、法国与日本的农村金融法制化建设各有侧重,美国的农村金融法制化建设更凸显其政策性金融的特点,法国则显示了其合作性金融的特点,日本则显示了其保障性金融特点。中国应充分借鉴发达国家农村金融法制化建设的先进经验,不断完善中国农村金融法律体系,促进现代农业的发展。
[Abstract]:Although the legal construction of rural finance has the characteristics of policy, cooperation and security, the legal construction of rural finance in the United States, France and Japan has its own emphasis. The legal construction of rural finance in the United States has highlighted the characteristics of its policy-oriented finance, while France has shown the characteristics of its cooperative finance. Japan has shown its characteristics of indemnificatory finance. China should learn from the advanced experience of the legal construction of rural finance in developed countries, improve the legal system of rural finance in China and promote the development of modern agriculture.
