反恐法对驻疆部队反恐形势带来的影响及启示

【摘要】：新疆地区的恐怖活动有着其特殊的历史原因所造成的长期不能够解决的局面,关注我国的驻疆部队在反恐法的指导下存在的主要问题,然后根据问题制定出相应的解决方案,为解决新疆的恐怖活动问题,促进新疆地区的经济发展以及维护我国的国家统一都具有十分重要的意义。本文主要对驻疆部队进行相关的考察以及资料的收集,然后分析出驻疆部队现在所面临的挑战,然后再以具体的新疆反恐的实例进行研究,为未来的新疆反恐的实施提供了借鉴。2016年正式施行的中华人民共和国反恐法为驻疆部队的反恐活动提供了法律上的支撑,为新疆地区的反恐活动带来了新的局面。
[Abstract]:The terrorist activities in Xinjiang have a situation that cannot be solved for a long time because of its special historical reasons. We pay close attention to the main problems existing by our troops stationed in Xinjiang under the guidance of the anti-terrorism law, and then work out corresponding solutions according to the problems.In order to solve the problem of terrorist activities in Xinjiang, promote the economic development of Xinjiang region and safeguard the national unity of our country, it is of great significance.In this paper, we mainly investigate the troops stationed in Xinjiang and collect the data, and then analyze the challenges that the troops in Xinjiang are facing now, and then study the specific anti-terrorist cases in Xinjiang.In 2016, the Anti-Terrorism Law of the people's Republic of China has provided legal support for the anti-terrorist activities of the troops stationed in Xinjiang, and has brought a new situation to the anti-terrorism activities in Xinjiang.
