上海高校后勤职工同工同酬问题实证研究

【摘要】:通过对上海15所高校后勤不同身份职工的薪酬和福利待遇的调查发现,在事业编制、合同工(企业编制)、劳务派遣及退休返聘工并存的格局下,高校后勤劳务派遣工数量大,用工混乱,同工不同酬现象严重。高校后勤工会、职代会建设不规范,未建立规范的职工工资集体协商制度是实现同工同酬的制约因素。只有政府、高校、工会多管齐下,协同跟进,才是解决高校后勤职工同工同酬,以实现公平正义的正确路径。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of salary and welfare benefits of employees with different status in logistics of 15 universities in Shanghai, it is found that under the situation of enterprise establishment, contract work (enterprise establishment, labor dispatch and retired re-employment), the number of university logistics labor dispatch workers is large.The chaos of employment and the phenomenon of unequal pay for equal work are serious.The non-standard construction of labor union and staff Congress in colleges and universities, and the unstandardized collective bargaining system of workers' wages are the restrictive factors to realize equal pay for equal work.Only the government, colleges and trade unions, multi-pronged, coordinated follow-up, is to solve the university logistics workers equal pay, in order to achieve fairness and justice of the correct path.
