关于公共卫生危机事件中公民权利保障问题的初步探讨

【摘要】：从公共卫生危机事件中公民权利保障的解析入手,对公民生命权、人身自由权等权利中存在的相关问题进行了简要的评述,发现我国应急类法律尚不健全,涉及公民基本权利保护的内容不一致,缺少危机管理综合协调部门。因此,政府应通过健全法律、调整管理职能来保障公民的合法权益。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the protection of citizens' rights in the crisis of public health, this paper makes a brief comment on the problems existing in the rights of citizens' right to life and personal liberty, and finds that the emergency law of our country is not perfect.Related to the protection of basic rights of citizens content is inconsistent, lack of comprehensive crisis management coordination department.Therefore, the government should improve the law, adjust the management function to protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.
