【摘要】：正建立和实行地方性法规实施情况报告制度,是我省人大常委会工作的一项制度创新,是落实科学立法、民主立法的重要成果,是发挥人大主导立法作用的具体设计之一。2015年底省委转发的《关于进一步加强和改进地方立法工作的意见》和今年新修订的我省立法条例均对这一创新制度做了规定。省人大常委会副主任陈桦多次强调要抓紧出台细化方案,抓好落实。实行地方性法规实施情况报告必将有利于我省人大常委会更好地
