农村新兴经济联合体的法律规范引导研究

【摘要】：新兴经济联合体是当前农村地区经济运作的重要形式,具备突出的辅助价值与多重的社会意义。而缺失相关法律制度的规范引导又成为制约当前农村新兴经济联合体发育的软肋,致使这一经济运营模式的功能效用并未得到充分释放,并在一定程度上影响了农村社会发展的速率与质量。立足农村社会统筹发展的远期目标,谋求经济运作与法制规导的交互同步,应从基础法制制度、法制规章体系、法制细则要求、法制宣传力度以及法制监督体制等着手进行调整优化,以此协调推动农村社会经济的长效发展。
[Abstract]:Emerging economic union is an important form of economic operation in rural areas at present, with outstanding auxiliary value and multiple social significance. The lack of normative guidance of the relevant legal system has become the weakness of restricting the development of the current rural emerging economic union, which has not fully released the functional utility of this economic operation model. And to some extent affect the speed and quality of rural social development. Based on the long-term goal of overall development of rural society and the mutual synchronization of economic operation and legal regulation, we should base on the basic legal system, the legal system and the rule of law. Legal propaganda and legal supervision system should be adjusted and optimized to coordinate and promote the long-term development of rural social economy.
