【摘要】：正在中国特色社会主义跨入新时代的历史时刻,《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》(以下简称《公共图书馆法》)经全国人大常委会表决通过,将于2018年1月1日正式施行。党的十九大之后首部文化立法归于《公共图书馆法》,彰显了公共图书馆事业在中国特色社会主义文化中的重要地位,体现了公共图书馆在新时代满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的重要作用,极大地鼓舞了全国图书馆界乃至公共文化工作者的职业自豪与使命担当,《公共图
[Abstract]:The Public Libraries Law of the people's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Public Library Law) has been passed by the standing Committee of the National people's Congress at the historic moment when socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered into a new era, and will be formally implemented on January 1, 2018. After the party's 19th CPC National Congress, the first cultural legislation was attributed to the Public Library Law, which highlighted the important position of the public library in the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. It reflects the important role of public libraries in meeting the growing needs of the people in the new era, and greatly inspires the professional pride and mission of libraries and even public cultural workers throughout the country.
