边界冲突视域中农村征地冲突升级及去升级化

【摘要】：随着城镇化发展,征地成为社会发展过程中的必然环节,农村征地冲突频发且易升级成为影响社会稳定的重要因素。参与农村征地各主体之间存在利益边界、权利和权力边界、行动边界的模糊和交叠,边界冲突导致农村征地冲突升级且难以化解。边界变化导致农村征地博弈局势高度不稳定,边界冲突导致征地冲突规模极易扩大,实现征地冲突的去升级化,必须通过边界重置和乡村结构关系的调整提升征地局势稳定性,加强边界的规制能力压缩征地冲突的规模等化解路径。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, land requisition has become an inevitable link in the process of social development, and the frequent conflict of land requisition in rural areas has become an important factor affecting social stability. The boundary of interests, rights and powers, and the boundary of action exist among the subjects involved in rural land expropriation. The border conflict leads to the escalation of the conflict of land expropriation in rural areas and is difficult to resolve. The change of the boundary leads to the highly unstable situation of the land expropriation game in rural areas, and the scale of the land expropriation conflict is easy to expand due to the border conflict, and the de-escalation of the land expropriation conflict must be realized. The stability of the land expropriation situation must be promoted through the readjustment of the boundary and the adjustment of the rural structure. Strengthen the border regulation ability to reduce the scale of land expropriation conflict and other solutions.
