基于CiteSpace知识图谱的中国民族教育立法研究分析

【摘要】：民族教育立法是教育研究领域的重要内容。以中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CNKI)为数据来源,对中国民族教育立法研究领域的353篇文献,采用Cite Space进行文献产出作者及机构合作网络分析、关键词共现等分析。中国民族教育立法研究文献逐年增长,研究机构主要集中于北京地区高校,以中央民族大学为主要代表,研究热点主要集中在民族教育立法本身的理论问题、民族地区教育及其法制建设问题、民族教育立法与民族自治地方法规的关系问题、依法治教与学生受教育权及法律保障问题等研究。
[Abstract]:National education legislation is an important content in the field of educational research. With CNKI as the data source, this paper analyzes 353 articles in the field of national education legislation in China by using Cite Space to analyze the network of authors and institutions. The literature on ethnic education legislation in China has been increasing year by year. The research institutions are mainly concentrated in universities in Beijing, with the Central University for nationalities as the main representative, and the research focus is mainly on the theoretical issues of the national education legislation itself. The problems of education and legal system construction in minority areas, the relationship between the legislation of ethnic education and the laws and regulations of national autonomous areas, the right to education and the students' right to receive education in accordance with the law, and the legal guarantee are also studied.
