《农田水利条例》为农田水利发展提供有力保障与扶持

【摘要】：正《农田水利条例》第六章"保障与扶持"共六条(第三十五—四十条),明确了政府对农田水利建设及管理的保障措施和扶持政策,分别规定了农田水利工程建设的投入渠道、政府引导与支持、基层水利服务体系建设、新技术推广与培训、表彰等方面的内容。
[Abstract]:The sixth chapter of the "regulations on Irrigation and Water Conservancy", entitled "guarantee and support", contains six articles (articles 35-40), which clarify the government's safeguard measures and support policies for the construction and management of farmland and water conservancy, and respectively stipulate the investment channels for the construction of irrigation and water conservancy projects. Government guidance and support, grass-roots water service system construction, new technology promotion and training, recognition and other aspects.
