动物卫生监督执法问题及对策浅析

【摘要】：目的统计总结动物监督执法存在的问题,并研究相应的预防控制措施。方法本实验数据来源于2015年6月-2016年6月随机进行的问卷调查,研究对象包括随机抽取的养殖户(70例)和动物卫生监督执法的工作人员(32例);根据自制调查问卷对养殖过程和监督执法过程中存在的问题进行调查。结果 100%养殖农户对于动物疫病和接种疫苗概念不清,养殖环境较差;在监督执法过程中存在工作人员专业素养不高,工作态度敷衍不认真,对于政策的落实力度不足,检疫设备落后等问题。结论大部分养殖户和群众对动物疫病的认知程度不高,日常生活中不会采取正确的防范措施,不能及时了解动物卫生监督执法过程中出现的问题并提出具有针对性的预防控制措施,这对于保证动物源性食品安全和人民群众生命健康具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the problems existing in animal supervision and law enforcement and to study the corresponding prevention and control measures. Methods the data were collected from a random questionnaire survey conducted from June 2015 to June 2016. The subjects included randomly selected farmers (70 cases) and animal health supervision and enforcement staff (32 cases), and investigated the problems existing in the process of breeding and supervising law enforcement according to self-made questionnaire. Results 100% of farming farmers were not clear about the concept of animal epidemic disease and vaccination, and the breeding environment was poor. In the process of supervising and enforcing the law, the professional accomplishment of the staff was not high, the working attitude was not serious, and the implementation of the policy was not enough. Problems such as backward quarantine equipment. Conclusion the majority of farmers and the masses do not have a high level of understanding of animal epidemic diseases, and they will not take correct preventive measures in their daily life. It is of great significance to understand the problems in the process of animal health supervision and law enforcement and to put forward targeted preventive and control measures to ensure the safety of animal origin food and the life and health of the people.
