我国体育博彩业法制建设现状及对策研究

【摘要】：近年来体育博彩业得到迅速发展,与之相配套的法制建设却存在一些问题,如立法层次较低、缺少全国性体育博彩法、监管机制不完善、配套法律缺失等。研究从我国体育博彩业法制建设的现状出发,分析存在的问题,提出完善法律体系的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the sports gambling industry has been developing rapidly, but there are some problems in the construction of the corresponding legal system, such as the lower legislative level, the lack of national sports gambling law, the imperfect supervision mechanism, the lack of supporting laws and so on. Based on the present situation of the legal construction of sports gambling industry in China, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the legal system.
