供给侧改革下珠三角地区工资集体协商的深化值得研究

【摘要】:当前,经济下行压力仍在,企业的关停并转、拆分、迁移加速等都使劳动关系的稳定性受到冲击。本文通过对南京M公司集体谈判案的具体分析,讨论集体协商谈判时如何在维护职工权益的同时兼顾企业利益,以及如何做好谈判诉求的妥协与劳资利益的平衡,是本案能够取得成功的关键。
[Abstract]:At present, the downward pressure of economy is still in place, and the stability of labor relations is affected by the closure, separation and acceleration of migration. Through the concrete analysis of the collective bargaining case of Nanjing M Company, this paper discusses how to protect the rights and interests of the workers and staff while taking into account the interests of the enterprise, and how to balance the demands of negotiation with the interests of labor and capital. It is the key to the success of the case.
