农业法实施的困境与出路——基于农业法体系构建的分析
[Abstract]:In the context of the rule of law, agricultural modernization inherently requires the modernization of agricultural rule of law. Throughout the agricultural legislation of our country, the agricultural law system has been basically formed. However, the implementation of agricultural law enforcement with agricultural law enforcement and agriculture-related justice as the main content has some difficulties, such as weak law enforcement, judicial lag and so on, and the effect of agricultural rule of law is not prominent. Therefore, we should strengthen the propaganda and education of agricultural law, perfect agricultural law enforcement, innovate the path of agriculture-related judicature, enhance the effect of agricultural law implementation, and promote the modernization of agricultural rule of law.
