资源视角下知识产权风险对创新联盟绩效影响实证研究

【摘要】：当前，全球经济一体化的趋势和市场竞争的日益加剧，要求企业寻求合作伙伴，与其共享资源、分担风险，形成联盟。产业技术创新战略联盟作为一种更高级的合作形式，以企业为主体、以市场为导向，搭建了稳定、持续的合作平台，能够较好地实现成员间的优势互补、资源共享。企业在参与联盟合作过程中，联盟的绩效问题一直是企业关注的焦点，而在合作过程中必然会产生各种合作风险，知识产权风险在合作风险中位居首位。因而本文探究知识产权风险是如何影响创新联盟绩效，通过认识知识产权风险及其影响因素，把握联盟绩效低下的原因，进而有针对性的对其进行控制，以参与创新联盟的企业作为研究对象，从资源的视角出发，将知识产权作为技术创新的资源投入，深入系统地探讨知识产权风险与技术创新绩效的关联关系。紧密结合产业技术创新战略联盟的发展现状，在理论研究的基础上提出研究假设，构建模型，通过大样本问卷调g占荩擞肧PSS17.0和LISREL8.70统计分析软件，对数据进行实证分析并检验理论模型，验证相关理论假设，揭示资源视角下的知识产权风险与技术创新绩效之间的关系。首先，梳理相关理论与国内外研究文献，界定产业技术创新战略联盟及其绩效评价，总结知识产权风险研究现状，指出联盟中存在的问题，为二者的关联影响奠定理论基础。其次，以知识产权风险为主线，深入探究其产生的原因及对联盟绩效的影响，提出理论假设。然后，根据问卷调查数据，运用统计软件进行因子分析及信效度检验，最后通过构建结构方程，验证本文提出的理论假设。研究结果表明：知识产权风险对联盟绩效存在负向影响，资源特性对知识产权风险存在正向影响。最后，根据实证结果，提出管理启示，为创新联盟的发展提供参考。通过对影响因素的分析，能够加强创新联盟的管理，提高联盟的创新绩效。得出的主要结论：一是知识产权风险已成为影响联盟技术创新绩效的首要风险。我们的研究发现在以技术创新为主的产业技术创新战略联盟内，企业投入知识产权不可避免的面临知识产权被伙伴侵占与伙伴投入不足导致企业无法获得相应权益的风险，而企业为了将风险降到最低，必然会采取相应的措施，这样就降低了联盟的创新绩效。因此，在国内知识产权法律环境不完善的情况下，企业应建立各种机制保护自身的知识产权。二是资源的专有性和依赖性导致了知识产权风险的产生。我们的研究发现知识产权作为企业的关键资源，一旦投入到联盟中去，就易产生知识产权的流失，而投入不足又会产生获取不足的风险。因此，本文认为企业在联盟中投入资源的同时，，应注重对资源的管理。
[Abstract]:At present, the trend of global economic integration and the increasing market competition require enterprises to seek partners, share resources and share risks with them. As a more advanced form of cooperation, the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation takes the enterprise as the main body and the market as the direction, and builds a stable and sustainable cooperation platform. Can better realize the members of the advantages of complementary, resource sharing. In the process of participating in the alliance cooperation, the performance of the alliance has always been the focus of attention, but in the process of cooperation, there are bound to be a variety of cooperation risks. Intellectual property risk is the first in the cooperation risk. Therefore, this paper explores how intellectual property risk affects the performance of innovation alliance. Through understanding intellectual property risk and its influencing factors, we can grasp the reasons for the low performance of the alliance. Then it is targeted to control, to participate in the innovation alliance of enterprises as the research object, from the perspective of resources, intellectual property as a resource input for technological innovation. Deeply and systematically explore the relationship between intellectual property risk and technological innovation performance. Closely combined with the development of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance, on the basis of theoretical research, put forward the research hypothesis, build a model. Through a large sample questionnaire? Occupy? ? Jin? PSS17.0 and LISREL8.70 statistical analysis software, empirical analysis of the data and test the theoretical model to verify the relevant theoretical assumptions. It reveals the relationship between intellectual property risk and technological innovation performance from the perspective of resources. First of all, combing the relevant theories and domestic and foreign research literature, defining the strategic alliance of industrial technological innovation and its performance evaluation, summarizing the current situation of intellectual property risk research, pointing out the problems in the alliance. Secondly, taking the intellectual property risk as the main line, to explore the causes of its generation and the impact on the performance of the alliance, put forward theoretical assumptions. Then, according to the questionnaire data. Factor analysis and reliability validity test are carried out by using statistical software. Finally, the theoretical hypotheses proposed in this paper are verified by constructing structural equations. The results show that intellectual property rights risk has a negative impact on alliance performance. Resource characteristics have a positive impact on intellectual property risk. Finally, according to the empirical results, management enlightenment is proposed to provide a reference for the development of innovation alliance. It can strengthen the management of innovation alliance and improve its innovation performance. The main conclusions are as follows: first, intellectual property risk has become the primary risk that affects the performance of technological innovation of the alliance. Enterprise investment in intellectual property inevitably faces the risk that intellectual property rights are infringed by partners and partner investment is insufficient, which leads to the enterprises unable to obtain the corresponding rights and interests, and enterprises in order to reduce the risk to the lowest. Must take the corresponding measures, thus reducing the alliance's innovation performance. Therefore, in the domestic intellectual property legal environment is not perfect. Enterprises should establish various mechanisms to protect their intellectual property rights. Second, the proprietary and dependence of resources lead to the emergence of intellectual property risk. Our research found that intellectual property rights as a key resource of enterprises. Once invested in the alliance, it is easy to lose intellectual property, and insufficient investment will lead to the risk of insufficient acquisition. Therefore, this paper holds that enterprises should pay attention to the management of resources while investing resources in the alliance.
