自主知识产权引领战略性新兴产业发展的机制和路径分析

【摘要】：目前，我国战略性新兴产业仍然处于产业发展的初级阶段，由于战略性新兴产业自身的特点，在国家政策、经济发展形势的影响下，在未来相当长的一段时间内，战略性新兴产业发展将会对经济的发展起巨大的促进作用。对于自主知识产权，在当今的国际经济竞争中，谁更快地拥有自主知识产权，掌握了核心关键技术，谁就能处于主动地位。自主知识产权反映的是一个国家的自主创新程度，也是衡量一个国家创新能力的重要标准。战略性新兴产业不是靠利用外资和技术引进发展起来的，其自身的创新性决定了只有不断创新，拥有自主知识产权，才有可能发展好这一产业。对此，本文针对自主知识产权与战略性新兴产业之间的这一关系展开说明，讨论自主知识产权可以从哪些方面对这一产业造成影响，以及如何实现这些影响。文章首先从理论的角度出发，总结概括出自主知识产权以及战略性新兴产业的内涵和特征，再基于对战略性新兴产业在创新过程中的技术来源进行分析，从国际竞争优势、生产率以及产业的贸易结构入手，分别做出相应的机制分析。然后再将以上的几个要素做无量纲化处理，构建结构方程模型（SEM），探讨促进战略性新兴产业发展的具体路径。根据实证结果，结合该产业发展的实际情况，从而提出了相应的政策建议。研究表明，自主知识产权在战略性新兴产业发展过程中的引领作用，主要是通过提升其国际竞争优势、生产率和产业结构实现的。自主知识产权引领战略性新兴产业发展有1条直接路径、7条间接路径：自主知识产权→产业发展；自主知识产权→国际竞争优势→产业发展；自主知识产权→国际竞争优势→生产率→产业发展；自主知识产权→国际竞争优势→产业结构→产业发展；自主知识产权→国际竞争优势→生产率→产业结构→产业发展；自主知识产权→生产率→产业发展；自主知识产权→生产率→产业结构→产业发展；自主知识产权→产业结构→产业发展。自主知识产权引领战略性新兴产业发展的直接路径系数为0.355，间接路径系数为0.318，总路径系数为0.673。对此我们要制定出相应的对策，因此要加大研发投入，积累核心技术的自主知识产权，通过提升战略性新兴的国际竞争优势、生产率和产业结构，促进战略性新兴产业快速健康发展。
[Abstract]:At present, China's strategic emerging industries are still in the primary stage of industrial development. Due to the characteristics of the strategic emerging industries themselves, under the influence of national policies and the economic development situation, the future will be quite long in the future. The development of strategic emerging industries will play a huge role in promoting economic development. For independent intellectual property rights, in the current international economic competition, who will have their own intellectual property rights more quickly and master the core key technologies, Independent intellectual property rights reflect a country's degree of independent innovation and an important standard to measure a country's innovation capability. Strategic emerging industries are not developed by the use of foreign capital and technology introduction. Its own innovation determines that only by constantly innovating and possessing independent intellectual property rights can we develop this industry well. In this paper, the relationship between independent intellectual property rights and strategic emerging industries is explained. Discuss the ways in which independent intellectual property rights can affect the industry and how to achieve these impacts. This paper first summarizes the connotation and characteristics of independent intellectual property rights and strategic emerging industries from a theoretical point of view, and then analyzes the technological sources of strategic emerging industries in the process of innovation, from the point of view of international competitive advantage. Starting with the productivity and the trade structure of the industry, the corresponding mechanism analysis is made, and then the above elements are treated as dimensionless. The structural equation model is constructed to explore the specific path to promote the development of strategic emerging industries. According to the empirical results, combined with the actual situation of the development of the industry, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward. Research shows that the leading role of independent intellectual property rights in the development of strategic emerging industries is mainly through enhancing its international competitive advantage. The direct path coefficient of independent intellectual property leading the development of strategic emerging industries is 0.355, the indirect path coefficient is 0.318, and the total path coefficient is 0.673.We should formulate corresponding countermeasures for this, so we should increase R & D investment. The accumulation of independent intellectual property rights of core technologies will promote the rapid and healthy development of strategic emerging industries through the promotion of strategic emerging international competitive advantage productivity and industrial structure.
