【摘要】：文化产业的发展以知识产权制度体系为基础,这一基础性作用体现知识产权制度的保障功能:知识产权创造促进文化产业创意培育,知识产权保护确保文化产业内容确权,知识产权运用推动文化产业市场运营,知识产权文化建设支撑文化产业环境营造。
[Abstract]:The development of cultural industry is based on the system of intellectual property rights, which embodies the safeguard function of intellectual property system: the creation of intellectual property rights promotes the cultivation of cultural industries' creativity, and the protection of intellectual property rights ensures the content of cultural industries to be confirmed. The application of intellectual property rights promotes the market operation of cultural industry, and the construction of intellectual property culture supports the construction of cultural industrial environment.
