高速动车组列控系统研究

【摘要】:根据国家《中长期铁路网规划》和国务院形成的《研究铁路机车车辆装备有关问题的会议纪要》的指示,近几年来我国通过走技术引进消化吸收再创新之路,目前已经制造出完全拥有自主知识产权的CRH380型高速动车组,但目前高速动车组列控系统的消化吸收再创新是薄弱环节,而对其的研究也迫在眉睫。目前技术引进的高速动车组列控系统还无法有效应对我国高速铁路所面临的技术挑战。 本文首先着重归纳总结了高速动车组列控系统组成和原理,具体包括:系统安全联锁、司机控制器、动车组走行控制、动车组过分相、牵引控制、制动力控制、车门控制、空调控制、司机室显示、乘务员显示、故障保护、安全监控等。 本文针对车门控制系统,利用吉林铁道职业技术学院的高速动车组数字模拟驾驶实训室,,设计了一个小型的列车网络控制实验平台,该平台利用虚拟仪器Labview和虚拟控制器Matlab/Simulink在计算机上模拟了列车中央控制单元、门的工况及运行状态,实现了对列车附属设备的远程控制、监视以及故障诊断。
[Abstract]:According to the instructions of the National Medium-and Long-Term Railway Network Plan and the "Summary of meetings on the study of problems related to Railway Rolling Stock equipment" formed by the State Council, in recent years our country has created a new road through the introduction of technology, digestion, absorption, and re-creation. At present, the CRH380 high-speed EMU with its own intellectual property rights has been manufactured, but at present, the digestion, absorption, and re-creation of the train control system of the high-speed EMU are weak links. At present, the train control system of high speed EMU can not meet the technical challenge of high speed railway in China. In this paper, the composition and principle of train control system for high speed EMU are summarized, including: system safety interlocking, driver controller, EMU walking control, EMU excessive phase control, traction control, braking force control, door control, etc. Air conditioning control, driver room display, crew display, fault protection, safety monitoring and so on. Aiming at the door control system, a small experimental platform of train network control is designed by using the digital analog driving training room of high speed EMU in Jilin Railway Vocational and Technical College. The platform uses virtual instrument Labview and virtual controller Matlab/Simulink to simulate the working condition and operation state of the central control unit and gate on the computer, and realizes the remote control, monitoring and fault diagnosis of the auxiliary equipment of the train.
