【摘要】:LED照明节能环保,是目前最有发展前景的绿色环保光源。LED照明节能产业被列入我国战略性新兴产业,市场规模大、增长快,竞争激烈。广东创电科技有限公司是国内较早从事电源系统设备研制和工程服务的专业厂家,自2010年开始涉足LED光电业务以来,己成功推出了“创电牌”系列LED照明产品。 本文运用战略管理和竞争战略的理论和工具,通过对广东创电科技有限公司开展LED光电业务的外部宏观环境、行业竞争结构、主要竞争对手和内部资源能力进行分析,在有效识别公司LED光电业务外部环境机会与威胁、内部环境优势与劣势的前提下,确定公司LED光电业务的SO、ST、WO、 WT竞争组合策略。在此基础上,根据公司的战略构想、LED光电业务的市场定位和基本竞争战略理论,提出公司LED光电业务宜采用集中一点战略为主的竞争战略,同时协同选择实施成本领先战略。公司LED光电业务集中一点竞争战略通过快速跟进,瞄准LED智能照明与大功率LED驱动电源市场,从公共照明与工程照明市场领域推进;进行集中投入,重点突破LED智能照明系统与大功率LED驱动电源的核心关键技术;聚焦于技术创新与产业化,专注于行业标准的订立与专利保护,实施知识产权与技术标准化战略。 为顺利实施LED光电业务竞争战略,公司必须适应知识经济发展趋势提高管理专业化水平,发挥协同效应提升公司的运营效率。同时,公司应当积极应对LED光电业务竞争战略的威胁,以获得可持续竞争优势。
[Abstract]:LED lighting energy saving and environmental protection is the most promising green light source. Led lighting energy-saving industry has been listed in our country's strategic emerging industries, market size, rapid growth, Guangdong Chuang Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is an early professional manufacturer engaged in the development and engineering of power system equipment. Since 2010, it has been involved in the LED photoelectricity business, and has successfully launched the "Chuang Teng brand" series LED lighting products. Based on the theory and tools of strategic management and competition strategy, this paper analyzes the external macro environment, industry competition structure, main competitors and internal resource ability of Guangdong Chuangdian Science and Technology Co., Ltd. for developing LED optoelectronic business. On the premise of effectively identifying the external environment opportunities and threats, internal environmental advantages and disadvantages of LED optoelectronic business, the competitive combination strategy of LED optoelectronic business and WT is determined. According to the company's strategic conception, the market orientation and basic competition strategy theory of LED photoelectric business, the paper puts forward that the company should adopt the competitive strategy of focusing on one point strategy. At the same time, we choose and implement cost leading strategy. LED optoelectronic business concentrates on a little competitive strategy. Through quick follow up, we aim at the market of LED intelligent lighting and high power LED driving power supply, and push forward from the field of public lighting and engineering lighting market. Focusing on the key technologies of LED intelligent lighting system and high power LED driving power supply, focusing on technology innovation and industrialization, focusing on the establishment of industry standards and patent protection, Implement the strategy of intellectual property and technology standardization. In order to implement the competition strategy of LED optoelectronic business smoothly, the company must adapt to the development trend of knowledge economy to improve the level of management specialization and bring into play the synergistic effect to improve the operation efficiency of the company. The company should actively deal with the threat of LED optoelectronic business competition strategy in order to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage.
