玄武岩纤维布加固钢筋混凝土圆柱的抗震性能研究

【摘要】:根据历次地震对房屋的破坏可以总结出:已建钢筋混凝土结构中,由于钢筋混凝土柱破坏导致房屋整体严重破坏甚至倒塌,已成为钢筋混凝土结构房屋震害的主要特点。因此,地震时柱的抗震性能好坏决定了框架结构的倒塌是否发生。然而对于已建成结构中的钢筋混凝土柱,由于早期的设计规范不合理、结构的使用功能有所改变、长期使用过程中的损伤、老化以及施工缺陷所造成性能不良、承载力不足等诸多影响其安全和使用功能的因素,需要对其进行加固。 玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer,以下简称BFRP)作为一种建筑加固材料,相对于其它纤维材料具有很多优点和特殊性能:原材料丰富,具有自主知识产权,正在逐步国产化、量产化;成本低,目前价格大约是碳纤维的1/8~1/5,接近玻璃纤维水平;极限应变大,延性好,尤其适用于结构的抗震加固。 本文针对BFRP加固RC圆柱的抗震性能研究进行了以下几个方面的工作: (1)设计制作了7根直径为305mm,高度为1500mm的钢筋混凝土圆柱试件。其中1根作为对比柱不进行加固,另外6根进行BFRP加固; (2)对7根试件进行拟静力试验,获得BFRP加固钢筋混凝土圆柱在水平地震荷载作用下的滞回性能、承载能力、变形能力、耗能能力和破坏形式; (3)分析研究BFRP包裹层数、包裹范围,轴压比以及配箍形式等不同因素对BFRP加固钢筋混凝土圆柱的抗震性能的影响。 试验结果表明,使用BFRP加固钢筋混凝土圆柱,可以提高其耗能性能、极限承载力和延性性能,从而改善钢筋混凝土圆柱的抗震性能。同时可知只要在柱脚一定范围内满贴BFRP布加固即可得到与全柱满贴BFRP布加固相近的抗震效果。 最后,对全文进行了总结,为发展BFRP加固钢筋混凝土圆柱的抗震性能研究提供实践经验,并指出值得进一步研究的问题。
[Abstract]:According to the destruction of buildings caused by previous earthquakes, it can be concluded that in the reinforced concrete structures, the damage of reinforced concrete columns leads to serious damage or even collapse of the whole building, which has become the main feature of earthquake damage of reinforced concrete structure buildings. The seismic behavior of columns determines whether the frame structure collapses or not. However, for the reinforced concrete columns in the completed structures, the use function of the structures is changed due to the unreasonable design codes in the early stage. The damage, aging and construction defects caused by the long-term use of the poor performance, insufficient bearing capacity and many other factors affecting its safety and use function, it needs to be strengthened. Basalt Fiber Reinforced Polymer (BFP), as a kind of building reinforcement material, has many advantages and special properties compared with other fiber materials. Mass production; low cost. At present, the price of carbon fiber is about 1 / 8 / 1 / 5, close to the glass fiber level; the limit strain is large, the ductility is good, especially suitable for seismic reinforcement of structures. In this paper, the seismic behavior of RC columns strengthened by BFRP is studied in the following aspects:. 1) 7 reinforced concrete cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 305mm and a height of 1500mm were designed and manufactured. One of them was not strengthened as a contrast column, and the other six were strengthened by BFRP. (2) the hysteretic behavior, bearing capacity, deformation capacity, energy dissipation capacity and failure form of reinforced concrete columns strengthened by BFRP under horizontal earthquake load were obtained by quasi-static test on 7 specimens. 3) the effects of different factors such as the number of BFRP enclosing layers, the envelope range, the axial compression ratio and the type of hoop on the seismic behavior of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with BFRP are analyzed and studied. The experimental results show that the energy dissipation, ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with BFRP can be improved. So as to improve the seismic performance of reinforced concrete columns, it is also known that as long as the column foot is filled with BFRP cloth reinforcement, the seismic effect is similar to that of the full column BFRP cloth reinforcement. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, provides practical experience for the development of seismic behavior of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with BFRP, and points out some problems worthy of further study.
